If you decide that the shoes are unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of receipt that are in their original condition & packaging. We will also refund items that are faulty or incorrectly dispatched/described, together with your postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or return postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or don't fit. All refunds will be processed as soon as your goods are returned to us.
